Ever since I started using mediaportal which was from RC3 I could never get the epg grabber working properly. It used to hang live tv and it never woke up to grab epg if I used that setting (this is the epg from the signal btw). So I've always been using DVBGuide to grab the epg from the signal and then used the xmltv plugin to import the information into mediaportal. I use task scheduler to wake the pc at 4am, run the program, restart and go back to sleep, this has been working great since I built my htpc. Now the other day I woke up came down and my htpc was still on, so I checked it out and it says DVBGuide stopped responding. I figured it was just one of those things windows does sometimes to annoy you so I ignored it. Next morning the same thing happened. And again today, so this time I manually ran DVBGuide and found that it gets to "Getting Service Description Tables" and then it just stays there. I've run it a few times now with the same problem. I tried reinstalling the tv tuner but that didn't help. The last successful grab was on monday. Anyone have any idea what could cause this to suddenly stop working? I tried to do the powerscheduler wake up to grab epg but I still cant get it to work so unless I can get DVBGuide working again come monday I'll have no epg ... help
