I have a system with DVB-S and DVB-T tuners.
I think it is since the UK retune my schedules for BBC1 (NE&C) dont work. If I record manually by pressing record button seem to work.
Think its all the combined channels.
Have tried deleteing combined channels, retuning, recombining, regrouping, rescheduling - and still dosnt work:mad:
This was difficult but was made even more difficult as the combining page on Tvserver config kept freezing - I had to close Tvserver config down and reopen for every recombine:mad:

Think I'll have to uninstall and start all over again. Will the dodgy TVserver config app.

Really want MP to work but keep having loads of problems:(

Any help please.

Have imported a backup I took a while ago when things were working.
My schedules on BBC1 now work.:)
Must be down to UK freeview retune.
May just leave until I need to reinstall everything.
Thanks

Hmm, that's interesting to know that it worked after restoring from a backup.

Since the freeview retune none of my channel 5 recordings work, and I've also lost ITV3 & ITV4.

Is there anything in the database that might be lingering and interfering with things? I don't really want to have to re-install MediaPortal, although that would rule out hardware problems.

BTW - I never had any problems with missed / empty recordings before.

    Sixgun.

Its a while since I had this problem. Unfortunately you do need to start from scratch as I can tell. I had DVBs and DVBt which made matters worse.

My problems continued - a series would record one day, then not the next.

When I found Windows 7 did DVBs and DVBt I switched - i'd never go back. Sick of the MP "Not Responding" status.

    Good luck
