Can't register FLVSpilitter (1 Viewer)

I managed to find the FLVSplitter but can't get it to register. It seems to be missing a DLL file. I have copied down what I think are the correct files but non of them seem to have a DLL file. can some one direct me to where I can find the files I need?[DOUBLEPOST=1424023515][/DOUBLEPOST]I have re-read the code overview and discovered that I don't really have to download and codecs at all.

You don't need to download any codecs separately, install LAV filters when you install MP or install them from MPEM (Installing Extensions).
