cant seem to autotune or change channels ir blaster (1 Viewer)

Help. been trying to get MP working for 3 weeks now.
I love the interface and its wonderful.

My MCE was working 100% until it stopped importing the guide data. (error 13)

I installed Media Portal and really wish i could get it going.

epg works fine.
can see channels but they dont seem to change frequency.
I've even tried manually inserting all the frequencies.

my sky set top is connected via rgb to my hauppauge.

if i change channels in the guide it just shows the same channel on my tv.

could someone please help me.
this is the most awsome tool - wish i could get it going.
