Can't use remote to wake from hibernation (1 Viewer)

Hey all,
I have my machine go into hibernate when I hit the off button on MCE remote. But I can't wake it up with my remote. I have to hit the keyboard. How can I use my remote to switch it back on?

Is the remote connected to the primary USB ports on the motherboard (the two built into the backplate).

Also, make sure that the device "HID-compliant consumer control device" is enabled to "bring the computer out of standby" - under the Power management" tab for that device.
