MediaPortal Version: 1.1.0 RC3
MediaPortal Skin: StreamedMP 1.1.0.1303
Windows Version: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
CPU Type: Core i7 920
HDD: USB external 1 TB
Memory: 6 GB
Video Card: ati 5850

Hi,

the other day I installed the updated MP-TVSeries v2.5.4 and everything was fine. Now after 2 day I can't watch any video anymore. But not only in the MY TV Series section, also my Videos and My Movies. I guess this is not releated to the MP-TVSeries plugin.

Anyway I tried with the debug version with no plugin and videos work fine. With the normal configuration instead, I need to use ctrl+alt+canc as MP just freeze when loading any movie. please help me :(

thx

I found out that disabling Moving Pictures everything was fine. I then deleted the mediaInfo.dll file from MP folder and everything worked. i then instaLLED a more recent version of the .dll and everything is ok :)

Your issue sounds sneakingly like mine... I'd posted my findings about a potentially corrupt .ts file as mediainfo.dll was getting hung up! I'm confused how MP would work without any mediainfo.dll available, and if it was working then why reinstall one at all? Here's my other post

Again... how did mediaportal not get hung up when you had no mediainfo.dll installed? I have found that 0.7.30 is the last version that works in my case... read here

I really have no idea! I deleted the mediainfo.dll and did a search for other files with the same name but with no results. It worked with no mediainfo.dll, I am 100%sure
