I had an idea from using Desktop Sidebar, which has a plugin for "capturing" the windows of other applications and integrating them into it's own window. This would allow alot of other features, such as capturing Acrobat reader, IM programs, etc.
DS is a .NET app too, so I'm not sure how easy it would be.
