Celeron E1200 for TV Server? (1 Viewer)

I have a Celeron E1200 dual core sitting around right now (had to get it to flash the bios on another system)

Anyways- would that be powerful enough for a dedicated TV Server backend with 3 or 4 capture cards? (hardware encoding of course)

TVServer uses very little CPU, so you can use the E1200.
If yoy have enabled Comskip to skip commercials, it uses a lot of cpu, but it's not multithreaded, so you have a free core for TvServer process when it's running (it's enough).
But you can also easily overclock the E1200.
