Changed the method to change a skin in MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

When you change a skin via MediaPortal GUI (not configuration.exe) you sometimes have to tick the combobox more times to get to the desired skin.
The problem was that after each click the new selected skin was initialized (which takes some time) although you didn't want it.
My changes:
If you cycle through the skins only the "screenshot" image of the skin is updated, so you can get a feeling what the skin looks like.
The skin is only really changed when you leave the screen.
This should provide a much smoother user experience than before.

One of the more frustrating things changing skins within MP's GUI settings, was the wait to load skins you did not want, whilst scrolling to the one you did.

Much much better way of doing it, appreciated.
