It does take a little bit of time of course to reflect changes to that many movies at once, and you can not do the move with MovingPictures running, because the move of files will go slower then MovingPictures detecting changes, in which case it will delete and re-add instead of update path.The maximum amount of files I've moved between import paths at once has been roughly 500, but I've never had a problem and no information was redownloaded from the internet.At least you had a backup, so just try again in smaller steps, verify it works and path is updated without downloading anything from the internet. Then you can mass-move the rest.</blockquote>
