Channel change slow! (1 Viewer)

I have Technotrend Budget S1500 CI, and i have this problems.

The change channel free to free, or cript to cript channel, is
very slow, other 10 seconds.

I installed RC3 and ultimate SVN.

Pc Pentium IV 3.0Ghz
512 MB RAM
Windows XP SP2
Codec: nvidia

Clean installation of Windows?

Please, Do you have a link for all procedure for Clean install?
or indicate me this procedure of installation?

In my PC I installed windows XP SP2 with all windows update, installed chipset, ati driver, audigy2 driver, and codec nvidia, and I installed Mediaportal RC3 + last SVN, but channel change is slow!

I did reinstalled Windows SP2 (with recomended updates)

Wich recomended update installed?

Yes, do install recomended updates for Windows.
After that follow the steps mentioned earlyer.
