I am having some trouble getting MP to work with my TV card. My TV crashes after a while (related to channel changing since I have been able to keep the same channel running without crashing for a whole night).It could ahppen after 5 minutes or 1/2 hour. Scannign vhannels etc has always worked fine. Before with RC1 I got some dvbgraph errors in log file (see this https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/dvbgraph_errors_mytv_crashing-t27490.html),

After upgrading to RC2 (doing a clean install) I first got some error message (when tv stops working) about not able to find ffdshow filter not found (unfortunately I did never save those log files). Bit strange since I use MPV as decoder. Next step I took was to uninstall the CCCP pack (which installed ffdshow, haali, MP etc). Again reinstalling RC2 (uninstalling CCCP removed MPV filter as well).

After that I still got My Tv stop responding (black screen in mytv and have to reboot to get tv back). Noticed that in log file it said signal strength 50 and then down to signal strenght 0 (usally is 100 and my reception is good in general acknoiwledged by my STB). However no errors in log file.

Anyway, next step I took was to downgrade my Terratec drivers from latest version to those supplied originally with the card (also I havew heard that the Terratec drivers are a bit sensitive to how they are installed so I decided to do it by the book).

I have now been running for 45 minutes or so and MP has not crashed. However I thought it did because when switching channel screen went black and nothign happened. However, this time switching back to another channel would work. Trying to switch back to the same channel (which didnt work before) failed as well btu after a while I was able to switch to that channel again. Same problem happened with soem other channels. All of these channels worked earlier so it is somethign comign and going.

When I looked in the log file I had the log below repeating over and over again (cut out a part of it). Maybe at some point MP/driver/whatever get into some loop which will eventually crash my tv (other driver I used perhaps was not able to cope with this and just crashed).

Any ideas?

Note: The Terratec software (TC Home Cinema) has been working without a glitch the whole time. It is using BDA drivers as well (however using another codec which is not available in MP).

Also, DVB EPG is slow to update (I have several channels that has not recieved any EPG even after 45 minutes). Terratec software picks up EPG almost immidiatly (correction: MP did just receive EPG for one channel but it took 45 minutes lol)
