Hi there,
I reported this problem a while ago in RC1 (see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-1-1-0-rc-1-2-496/h264-channel-corruption-78231/)
When watching any tv channel (or recording), the picture starts corrupting/pixellating after a while and never recovers (anything between 1 minute and 15 minutes). It behaves exactly like when you have a bad signal, except that isnt whats causing it (if you skip back 15/30 seconds, the part that corrupted before plays through fine second time around)
I had this problem on my main HTPC for a few weeks when RC1 was released (the PC that runs tvservice with the tuner cards). After many many reinstalls or RC1 (using different driver versions, options, skins etc) the problem went away and hasnt come back (never fully got to the bottom of it). This problem has now started happening on a new client HTPC that I built a few days ago. Both PCs are almost identical (apart from the graphics card), using same codecs, both on Windows 7, same settings, remote etc)
Does anyone have any ideas?
Is there any way I can get more verbose logs out of MP - I dont think the ones I have are much help really. The problem starts at 16:15:02 in tsreader.log:
29-05-2010 16:14:06.095 [84c]Demux : Video to render 1.135 Sec

29-05-2010 16:15:02.245 [84c]Video Continuity error... 0 ( prev 5 )
Any help much appreciated
Thanks
