Channel numbers are always Channel +1 (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Skin: ReVision
Windows Version: Windows XP
1. TV Card: ATI Wonder Elite
1. TV Card Type: PCI
Satelite/CableTV Provider: TWC
Remote: Firefly

One minor annoyance I having is when I change the TV channel using numbers, it changes the channel to channel + 1.

i.e. I press 6 and while the OSD says its changing to "Channel 6" it actually changes to channel 7.

I could remap my number buttons to one code higher, but I dont think its a problem with my remote mappings...

Any suggestions??

Anyone have this problem??

I realized I cant remap my numbers to be one higher, because its not as though the numbers are +1 of their actual value, its that the CHANNEL is +1 of what I put in.

i.e. I enter 13 and it goes to channel 14 (not 24)

Any suggestions as to what would be causing this would be much appreciated!
