Channels directly out of my registry instead of Autotune? (1 Viewer)

Hiya!

After trying SageTV and not feeling at all sure that I want to pay for it, I'm looking into MediaPortal. Here's my question:

I've gone to a lot of trouble to get the correct channel frequencies in the corect order for Zürich, Switzerland programmed into my registry. I've also saved the registry file for future reference. Is there some way I can tell MediaPortal, "Please use this registry file and don't bother with the Autotune business"?

Unless you or another SageTV user wants to write a utility to do this then I doubt it will be done any time soon. It just isn't useful for a majority of users and thus probably won't be a development priority.
