[TV] Channels with duplicate names (2 Viewers)

I don't know if this is new in the alpha but:

Channels with duplicate names do not work correctly when on different transponders.
My provider has four channels with the name "Sport1 extra".

When the channels are on the same transponder media portal adds (1) to the second channel.
On the other transponder the same thing is happening.

The result is that i am missing two of the four channels in the guide.
