Hello It looks like MediaPortal thinks it is "playing" the channel, but TsReader thinks it is paused. Given that TV Server preview works, we can be sure that the version of TsReader you're using is capable of playing the stream. It is possible preview is using different codecs. Therefore I suggest you try other codecs and/or updating the LAV codecs which you're currently using for MediaPortal playback. If that doesn't help then unfortunately there's probably nothing further that can be done to solve this problem within the constraints of MP 1.2.3.
