Problems with the e.g. Alphacrypt us are not known in cooperation with our cards. In the latest beta version of MP but there is also a fix for these problems, otherwise this could also be helpful.

In those cases, the people are scanning for channels. The tuner locks onto signal, but channels are not found. The only reason channels would not be found is if the PAT is not reaching TsWriter. The people reported that removing the CAM allowed channels to be found. That seems like a CAM or driver problem to me.

The PMT, SDT, PAT data are passed through to the application.
I've also asked our developers again and he assured me that ALL is passed to the application, otherwise other applications would not findchannels too, such as WMC or DVBViewer. Not all CAMs are MTD compatible, then nothing is decrypted, but the channels should yet be found anyway. This is not a problem with the driver, as mentioned above, then the problem would indeed occur with other applications.
