Hi HomeY,
thanks a lot. I fully trusted your advice, and went through the transition over the weekend. Now I'm indeed on a clean install on Win7.

I tried both Trakt and follw.it. Both work for the requirement to save/restore the "wachted/unwatched". However, I like Trakt better because not only does it have a MP plugin that gives me proposals, but also there are apps for iphone/ipad. The later are a nice extra without any additional effort.

Now I have some scraper challenges. IMDb+ is good, but not perfect or I'm to stupid to configure it right. And I have some music DVD that are (of course not) on IMDb. Using local information (*.nfo) does not work the way I think it should. I'll open new threads for this.
