Clean the download section of this website (1 Viewer)

The download section of this website is really bad maintained. We find everything but not what we are looking for. There are namings errors, version errors, some plugin zip files are void. Really, the dll file is missing int the zip. What's that ? Others are not working. In the codec download section we don't find any recent codec but the is a pdf file. Why this pdf is in the codec section and not in the doc wiki ?
