Question for anyone that can make sense of the video database structure. Most of my videos (.ISO files, automounted and played) remember the stopped position, so the next time it starts it asks me to resume.
However, I have a few discs that simply will not remember, and always start over. I thought at first it was because of the size of some of the ISOs (e.g. Band of Brothers had all the DVDs collapsed in one ISO), but that doesn't seem to be it. (Band of Brothers remembers just fine)
I can't see anything else different between the ones that remember and those that don't. Red Dwarf Series 3 - fine. Series 4 - doesn't remember. Both one title in the structure and about the same size of 7.3 GB.
I wonder if my database is messed up, and I need to reset all the resume data. But the database structure seems complex, and when I try to mess with it, it looses most of the collection. I don't want to completely clear it, since I have 441 movies in the database.
Any suggestions for leaving the titles and files in the database, and clearing out everything else? I don't care about genre or actors. Or any other other ideas as to why just a few ISOs won't remember the last played position?
