Client can't reach server - Ports blocked 1433 Error (1 Viewer)

Clean install of MP 1.1.0 RC1 using multi-seat installation.
Clean install of WinXP SP3 and all updates on TV Server.
Clean install of Win7 and all updates on MP Client.

Getting error "Some ports seem to be blocked. 1433 (TCP) MS SQL Server".

TV Server was installed using MySQL (not MS SQL as shown in the error message). Strange?

All firewalls turned off. No anti-virus software.

When configuring the TV Server for the first time, it did not prompt me to enter the SQL password like it has done in the past. But in the past I was using MS SQL, now using MySQL.

First I just tried reinstalling the TV Server using MS SQL instead of MySQL. However this resulted in the same problem (although this time it complained about port 3306 and referred to MySQL).

But then I found this thread. I guess it is a known issue. The fix is to use SQL Server Configuration Manager on the TV Server and manually change the TCP/IP ports from 0 to 1433. Very surprised this is not fixed in 1.1.0 RC1.
