Client Radio when TVServer is not available (1 Viewer)

I listen to radio by using internet streams.
The TV-Server is also the main MP in the livingroom which is off when I'm not there. When the TV-Server is not available the Client still checks the TV-Server for radio channels. If it does that it takes around 10 to 15 seconds before the Client is aware that it's not reachable and brings up the streams in the Radio plugin.

Cause I will never use the radio channels from the TV-Server I think (and maybe others too) it should be an option if you want to use the TV-Server OR the Client Radio and that you can set that option in the Client configuration.
It will come to benefit on the speed and usability of MediaPortal

I actually would like the ability to add internet streams to the TV server from shoutcast or whatever , and then have maybe groups, so if one client likes a certain set of stations they can select that group. Then you dont' have to have heaps of internet streams on the server that all the clients can see.
Then its always available to all users on the network, just my thoughts
