Client & server installation choices (1 Viewer)

If I am installing an HTPC with a TV card where I also want to access the TV from a separate client which option should I select for the install process - should it be dedicated or should I do install of the TV server and then MP or is that actually the same as dedicated?

Hi, you need to select Single Seat with TV Server.

This will install the TV Server and TV Client onto that PC. then, in the future if you get another PC, you can install the MediaPortal TV Client only, and connect to your TV Server via a wired lan.
