Hi,
I have a 100% reproducable 'bug' with my setup. I am using the latest beta of 4TR and a version of Multishortcut produced for MP1.2.1. It happens with any skin. To explain:

If I start MP and use Multishortcut to open the iPlayer website using FirefoxIntegrator everything is fine.
If I watch TV using the 4TR plugin and then exit out, then try to open the iPlayer website I get a dialog box saying Mediaportal has stopped responding and then it crashes back to the desktop.

I have attached logs, there is something in the Mediaportal.log that I suspect is something to do with it but don't understand enough to be sure.

Best regards,
Jon.

    Hi Jon

Could you please provide logs using the watchdog so that we get the system and application event logs. I think you will need to use option 2 if this bug requires plugins to reproduce:

    1. Find the "debug mode" link in the "Team MediaPortal" folder in your start menu and start it.
    2. Select option 2 and click "proceed" - this starts MP.
    3. Reproduce the problem.
    4. Close MP - this will trigger the watchdog to create a zip file on your desktop.
    5. Post the zip file here.

PS: we prefer logs from the watchdog if possible. It is easier for you (we hope! :)) and gives us more information.

    Hi Jon

Try temporarily disabling IFC - it seems to be going wild in your logs...

I am marking this as no bug for the time being. This is two third party components and should be reported to the devs for multishortcutter and 4TR first

OK, wasn't sure where to post but thought that as it actually caused MP to close this would be the best place.

    Cheers,
    Jon.

    Hi,

Finally sourced the cause of this. Turns out it is because I had AC3filter set in TV postprocessing. Not sure why it causes MP to crash but removing it solves my problem.

    Cheers,
    Jon.
