    Summary:
combine tv server setup, MP setup and Plugin setup in one

    Area:
    Setup

    Description:
It would be much clearer and faster if there was only one setup program for MP that you have to start. Atm it is sometimes confusing which setup program you have to start to change what you want.
One clear setup where you can install and manage plugins and one tv section for all tv settings would be much clearer to everyone.

For example: Some settings for tv are done in the tv server setup program, other tv settings are set in the mp setup program.
Same goes for plugins. For installing and updating plugins you have to start the Plugin setup program, for settings of plugins you have to go to the mp setup program.

This is confusing, especially for new users.
