Commandline startup delay? (1 Viewer)

Would it be possible to make the startup delay time configurable via a commandline parameter? At the moment I have a delay of 30secs for when MP starts up when Windows starts, which is needed for it to start properly. But if for whatever reason I exit MP and then restart it by clicking its icon, I have to wait 30 seconds needlessly...
