From the source, I am guessing you used copy/paste from Excel? If so, no easy way to edit/fix it as an HTML table because the source is hard coded.
Your best bet might be to copy it to Word, and format it as you want, then copy/paste to wiki using the 'paste Word' button in Wiki editor.
Table should be max 800 pixels wide to fit nicely and less if you want to support export to PDF file.

Yes,
Partially for MP1. MP1 support few tag, sufficient for import tag from xbmc nfo.
MP2, will support 100% of Xbmc tags and more. you can find this post, from @MJGraf who work on the implementation of these tags
