comskip in tve3? (1 Viewer)

How is comskip supposed to work in tve3? I have it installed and it runs and generates some text files, am i supposed to get extra software and setup bat files to actually edit the recording based on these files (comclean) or is mediaportal supposed to just play back the whole file skipping automatically the adds?

Thanks. I did try to search, I even tried looking in the manual/wiki pages, obviously I didn't search very well.
I thought it was fully automatic but that is even better.
