MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0 RC2
Windows Version: XP SP2
CPU Type: AMD 64 X2 5000+
Motherboard: Asus P5K-VM
Motherboard Chipset: nVidia GeForce 6100 + nForce 430
Video Card: onboard nVidia GeForce 6100
Sound Card: onboard 5.1
MPEG2 Video Codec: ffdshow
MPEG2 Audio Codec: ffdshow
Remote: Imon
I never use my CD/DVD player to play music or movies so I delete these folders from my "Music folders" and "Movie folders" in the configuration.exe. After pressing ok there is no problem when loading MediaPortal > CD/DVD drive is not visible. Closing Mediaportal and re-opening it also gives no problem.
When starting a new Configuration.exe (doubleclicking on icon on my desktop), the CD/DVD drive is automatically present again... Very irritating to constantly remove it over and over again. Anyone else experiencing the same?
