    Hi,
You should attach the complete configuration.log to your post, but did you have anything in event log?
This error "MPEG audio header not found" usually tells that the file it's broken(at least i have had some of those)...

    Regards
    Roy

Sorry, complete Log is in this Post.
So i will/can try to sort those Files out, but

    1) Isn´t it better to Skip such Files ?
    2) with RC2 this was no Problem. (Those Files are older :) )

    The Eventlog shows nothing.

    Hi,
It shouldn't crash even if a file it's bad(it didn't to so on mine when i had 20 or more bad files) so hwahrmann has to look @ this & check why it happens, since wma it's the last one it's probably there the problem is.

    Regards
    Roy

I have the same problem: updating the musicdatabase crashes configuration, apparently caused by files with missing or malformed tags (including some .ape files).
    I ran a full update last week with RC2 + svn--10-14-2007--01-01-Rev16213 and this wasn't a problem then (taglib-sharp.dll was 2.0.2.15 instead of 2.0.2.17 now)

I did this first thing after installation of RC3, startup folders are all set to:
    "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal"
