Configuration.exe fails. - TVDatabase exception err (1 Viewer)

When I try to run the Configuration, MediaPortal crashes at window 5 - Analog TV configuration. The error-log looks like this:

I noticed the missing registry enteris for driver components, but I'm positive that I'v installed everything. The TVcard ( Hauppauge PVR-150 l.p. ) came with no driver cd at all, so I followed this instruction guide from Hauppauge's webpage. http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_pvr150.html#drv

What am I doing wrong?

After all the searching I've done, were I came up with nothing, I finally think that I found something on page 1.

Hi,
Just skip true the wizard, using next, next etc & ok @ end, don't run search for anything. After that you can open MP Setup & configure your settings there (Television -> TV cards -> Edit).

There seems to be a problem with sqlite db handling & some Scandinavians setups.
