Configuration for S2-3200 (1 Viewer)

I have installed mediaportal for the first time.. Like to try it since i cant get my Techtrend S2-3200 card to work with mediacenter...(long story......)

Well i installed the program and then run the the wizard. It detects my card and everything looks ok!! One of wizard pages wants me to configure my card againt the satelitte. Here im lost

Im kind of new to this can somone tell me here what to set??
I live in Norway using Canal Digital Thor 1W.

Hope somone can help me

Hi,

not sure about your problem. You only have to select your satellite.

But, if you want to watch HD channels, you have to use the TV3.

Hmm i did not see any boxes where i could select my satelitte provider???
Sure we talking about the "same" configuration page

And yes i want to watch HD channels, what is TV3

O.K. if you want to watch HD channels, you must use TV Engine3 - TV Engine2 (this one inside MP) don´t support HD.

Thx for all the effort, but i need some more guiding i guess

Ok i start from the top again. Install the latest stable release of mediaportal.
I install it with the default values

After its installed i run mediaport setup
Her i also choose everything default until i come to page 5/9

Her i choose my satelitte Thor 2/3 of Intelsat 10.02(TV

I started the scan. First time it find 9 tv channels second time it found 54??
Why??

Ok i continue the wizard and finishing it
After this i start mediaportal

It seems i only have the uncoded channels in my Guide.
How do i select the coded channels???
