I just put on Media Portal and am really enjoying it. So far the only problem I'm really running into is the TV portion.</p><p></p><p>I got the TV Server Engine running, and am able to connect to it via local client and remote client. The video that's feeding it is currently coming in via RCA jacks (into the Hauppauge card), source being the satellite receiver.</p><p></p><p>Ok, so my goal/desire is: Get it so when I change channels in MP it will change channels on the Dish receiver rather then trying to change channels on the hauppauge. This also leads into - is there a way to get a guide listing for the channels on dish? I know I was able to do this with MS Media Center (which, aside from that feature set, I really didn't like media center with its restrictions, especially since I happen to like using TheaterTek to play DVDs).</p><p></p><p>Any tips would be MOST appreciated. </p><p></p><p>So to sum up - I have video and audio feeds via RCA into the Hauppauge. I can view the current channel on my dish receiver, I would like to be able to change channels using my MCE remote in MP.
