On the remote that came with the FireDTV S2 there is a "toggle" play/pause button, but for some reason, the remote that comes with MP is only set up to use this button for Play - so there is no way for me to pause anything (except pressing space on the keyboard of the pc).

I have no idea how to create such a mapping - can anyone help me ?

Sorry, no help but the same 'problem'. Can anybody tell us, if there is a way to configure the 'play/pause' toggle button on the Fire DTV remote?

For those, who have the same problem: I got it fixed.
Under "Player buttons\Play\All Layers" add three states with condition "Playing\DVD is playing", "Playing\Media is playing" and "Playing\TV is running" and action "Pause" before the "No condition" state. That worked perfect for me.

I was just guessing that It had to be a matter of right configuration... Mediaportal is malleable, mouldable, pliable...
