I believe you need to get media portal to scan your movie folder (check configuration) and have it lookup the films it finds on IMDB, then you should be able to click the 'view by' button in 'my videos' to browse by actor, genre, ect.2. install 'my tv series' config it to look at your tv series folder and it does a great job at picking out the files and parseing the filenames and grabbing info, worked for me./ first post</blockquote>
