Connection to TV server lost (1 Viewer)

When I installed MediaPortal I chose the option, that I wanted to watch TV with MP. Only later I found out that my old hauppauge wintv card is not supported.
MP now every few minutes tells me that there is no connection to the TV server. How can I switch that off?

Have you tried removing the Host Name from the appropriate setting shown here: TV Client - MediaPortal Wiki ?

Alternatively you can disable the TV plugin in the "plugins" section of MP configuration.
