See attached logs... i have tried 3-4 tv tuner/capture cards/usb so far none works perfectly .. this connexant 23881 card is my last card. hopefully with your help, i can get it to work. thx in advance .. i just need the composite input btw (no need for tuner)

I think you're battling software encoder and other configuration issues. Nothing seems particularly wrong in the logs you've posted up until now. Refer to my responses:

It looks like this tuner is not compatible with TV Server. Sorry, you're going to have to switch back to one of the other two.

Not for the Conexant tuner.

Very few backends support analog tuners or capture cards these days. I have no recommendation for you except to go back to one of the other two cards, sorry.
