Context menu not working (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

Just installed 1.1.0 Final 'Disaster edition' today (clean install on Windows 7 64-bit) and after a short while the context menu (ie. pressing 'info' button in recorded programs, schedule etc.) stopped popping up. Also, when I try and resume playback of a recorded program, the popup to ask if I want to start from the beginning or not doesn't appear and playback doesn't start.

I've tried several skins including the default and all have the same issue. It did briefly start working again at one point (can't think of anything that I changed) but then it stopped again. Pressing F9 (the shortcut key for the context menu I believe) doesn't work either. The click sound is played as normal in all cases.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

...some further info. When I start MP in debug mode, either option, the menu works ok. As it works ok when the plugins aren't being
disabled I'm not sure what affect the debug mode is having to make it work! AFAIK I've disabled all non standard plugins anyway...

Right, narrowed it down to the InfoService plugin. Sometimes the infoservice.xml file gets emptied out, and that seems to cause this problem. Deleting the XML file and disabling the plugin seems to solve it...
