Just to add to Ray's comments, I'm doing the coding conversion on my Zbox ID41's and a .ts stream (film) of 2 hours is taking just under 2 hours to code to .mp4. This then begs the question, should I replace the ATI HD5550 in my main HTPC and put an nVidia card in there... certainly it would overcome the CCC driver issues  ray - I have a play around with the settings and have come to a good compromise. I use a custom .mp4 setting with the frame size as original, frame rate set as either 25fps or 50 fps (depending if it is a HD or SD conversion) and I set the bit rate to a custom 1024. I also set audio to AC3 with a sample rate of 44.1khz and a bit rate of 128. This gets a .ts file from around 2,737Kb to 939Kb and the quality is fine, and speed of conversion is decent too. M.
