Converting ts to mkv with subtitles (1 Viewer)

I like that i get subtitles in some shows, i normaly use MCE buddy to convert my .TS recordigs to MKV but i loose the subtitles.

How do i get the subtitles extracted and put inside the MKV?

Does anybody have a solution for this, how does your setup look ?

I use the latest SVN version of handbrake.

I use MediaCoder. This produces files that are a bit bigger than Handbrake, but I need the batch conversion which they for some really weird reason didn't put in Handbrake. I also sometimes get lockups in Handbrake...which is unfortunaltely because the decomb filter in Handbrake is doing good stuff

Does Handbrake svn have support for subtitle, im gonna try to find a compiled windows version of the latest svn.

pillehave does mediacoder have support for teletext subtitle?
