Coolreceiver remote - wakeup PC? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I hope I am in a right place to get help with my remote control.
I have a CoolReceiver IR remote control which comes with the Leadtek DTV2000H TV card, the IR receiver is plugged in directly to the TV card. I am using MP 0.2.3RC3 without server instaled, if this is relevant.
The remote control functions perfectly OK, I have installed a "coolreceiver" plugin and mapped all buttons correctly. The only problem I have is I cannot use any buttons on the remote to wake up PC from the standby mode.
I have mapped the remote "Sleep" button to suspend PC and it works without any problems.
What puzzles me, I can turn ON PC from complete system shutdown. Also, if I don't start MP at all, I can suspend computer (S3 or hibernate mode) and then wake it up using the remote Power ON button. So it's not the case when hardware isn't capable to do it.
Can someone help me with this puzzle, please?

Try changing the setting under general

allow S3 standby even though wake up device present.

If not Try MCE Standby Tool.

I had the S3 enabled, will try the MCE standby tool as suggested.

MCE Standby Tool didn't make any difference to the matter.
It is something different hapening in suspending from MP and without MP, I don't know what exactly. Perhaps developers can clarify the difference.
