Copy settings to another computer (1 Viewer)

Ok me and a buddy all have the exact same movies and he wantes to use media portal like I do
and I have all the movie info and covers and etc saved, what files would I copy to his that has that info in it

Most relevent is the videos database (C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\team mediaportal\mediaportal\database\videos.db) and the thumbs folder (C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\team mediaportal\mediaportal\thumbs\videos).
