Hi, I am sorry but I have been out for a few days, so only now I can give some feedback.
I have uninstalled Reclock (after unregistered it with regsvr32.exe /u "C:\Program Files\ReClock\ReClock.ax as suggested), and the results are exactly the same so I have reinstalled it.
After that I have captured the attached graphs with GraphStudio:
WMP CoreAVC.jpg - Windows Media Player With CoreAVC (OK)
MP PowerDVD.jpg - MediaPortal with PowerDVD (OK)
MP CoreAVC-jpg - MediaPortal CoreAVC (NOK)
I can't see any difference between MP CoreAVC and MP PowerDVD, please advise.
cmbe: Have you found any solution to your problem. I have the same problems. If I choose VMR9 screens are black (on mkv and avi/divx/xvid files), when paused the frame is shown. This happens whatever codec I choose to decode movies.
All play well in WMP and also in MP if I choose EVR. However EVR is not working for me in MP with most of my HD IPTV streams using Cyberlink codec.
I use:
XP pro SP3
MP and TVserver SVN from 14.9.08 pached to stream IPTV
Latest fddshow tryout
Latest matroska spliter
Latest vsfilter
ATI HD3870 card with Catalist 8.9 driver
Done countless combinations of uninstall/install of each component and can not find the solution. Any hints would be greatly apreciated!
Yes I have found that in my case I must uncheck in AC3Filter the option "check output format support" on SPDIF tab (I use an external processor/DAC).
But it seems you don't use AC3Filter... did you try to add the vobsub filter to the external processing filters in myvideos on MediaPortal configuration?
