Still not that satisfied with this solution ...Sounds good.No, the app would get rejected by Apple (happened in other cases before) as you are not allowed to repurpose the hardware buttons :-( I could make it that both the device volume and MediaPortals volume would be changed but I don't want to risk getting kicked out of the app store.Status update: Refactoring the socket part is working so far and I think it was a good decision. Still have to touch many parts of the app to really benefit from this but it's a start.
