Couple of questions about Moving Pictures (1 Viewer)

Hello, I would like to start off by giving you
all a huge thanks for this wonderful plugin! Ive been waiting for such
an automated Movie-plugin since i first installed Mediaportal about 5
years ago So thank you for making my HTPC hundred times better and
easier to use without tweaking!

Here are my questions:
1. I have some problems with starting movies (Blu-Ray folders, not
ISO) with external players like Total Media 5, and this is the most
important think I would need on my HTPC. Ive been reading in this
thread: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/moving-pictures-284/total-media-theater-5-a-89882/
where some other guys pointed out this problem and it seems like the
developers have already fixed this (Using the following Command-line
Argument %root%) in the coming up release of Moving pictures.

The question is - do you already have a releasedate for the next
release? I can hardly wait

Or is there anything I could do with the latest release to get the
"%root%" command to work, instead of waiting?

2. Mostly I use TotalMedia 5 as external player for watching Blu-Rays
on my HTPC. But your built in function to watch blu-ray files directly
in Media Portal is quite nice and useful sometimes for some of my Blu-
Ray discs (mainly own recordings with no menus). But when i have added
"Use External Player: TRUE" in the advanced settings (like i usually
want to do), I need to go back to Adcanced settings again to change it
to "FALSE" some times. This could be improved and much more flexible
if you could add a switch option of "Use external player" directly in
Media Portal Interface or popup settings menu. Is this possible to
add?

3. Is it somehow possible to add a "watch trailer" option for each
imported movie? Maybe from Apple videos with all those great 1080p
trailers, just like the plugin "Online Videos" does? Its not that
importat but would be nice if possible

4. When i Open Moving Pictures in Media Portal, is it possible to make
that "All Movies" are shown directly without needing to choose it in
the first menu? Is there any tweak for this?

I am unsure about Bluray issues, this is sort of in the domain of ArmandP. I will point him to this thread though. As far as upcoming releases go, we have a Beta listed on the download section of the website and a new main release coming in the next few days.

As for an in GUI option to toggle between BluRay player modes, I will take a look at this and consider it.

For trailer integration, with MediaPortal 1.2 it will be possible to send requests from one plugin to the other. So in the near future we will be delegating trailer support to MyTrailers.

As for getting rid of the menus, open the config screen and uncheck "Organize My Movies by Category"
