cpu load and crash with hauppauge 1300 tunner (1 Viewer)

HDD: 2x WD3200KS

problem: cpu load, when adding TV card analogue or scanning analogue TV tunner

I suspect mainly 4 windows updates or the latest nero, because the same installation on the same PC except for another harddisk, except for mentioned updates and also without nero works PERFECTLY!!

finally I used the configuration where MP is running perfectly,but.... k posrání

and error log (computer restarted when I was scanning analogue TV =-(

so....the crash is overwhelmed. Now persist only CPU load for about 2 minutes till everything is OK. Every time MP is launched I have to wait 2 minutes I am able to operate with MP - see "added 1)" above

so....reinstallation of whlole PC helped.......but do I have to reinstall whole system everytime it happens?
