Windows Version: XP Pro
CPU Type: AMD Sempron 3000+
HDD: 250GB Western Digital SATA2 8Mb Cache
Memory: 512Mb
Motherboard: MSI MS-7181
Motherboard Chipset: nfi
Motherboard Bios: latest
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce4 MX440
Video Card Driver: Latest
Sound Card: onboard
Sound Card AC3: onboard
Sound Card Driver: latest
1. TV Card: WINFAST DTV-1000T
1. TV Card Type: Digital/Analogue
1. TV Card Driver: 4.0.112.3218
MPEG2 Video Codec: Leadtek default
MPEG2 Audio Codec: Onboard default
Satelite/CableTV Provider: Foxtel
HTPC Case: nfi
Cooling: default
Power Supply: 450W
Remote: not used
TV: 68cm Flat CRT
TV - HTPC Connection: S-Video
Problem is in setup. When I add the initial card and scan for digital channels, it works fine. When I attempt to add the analogue card and scan for channels I get an immediate crash of "configuration.exe has suffered a serious error. Press ok to close".
Ultimately I'd like to have the analogue added in order to setup MP to work with Foxtel.
I know my hardware needs an upgrade, but one thing at a time.
