[no Bug] Crash while scrolling through Coverflow/Filmstrip (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 1.2.0 BETA
MediaPortal Skin: DefaultWide
Windows Version: Windows Vista 32bit

I installed the 1.2.0 BETA on my laptop but while testing a fatal problem occured.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Start MP with DefaultWide
2. Go to Plugins -> MovingPictures
3. Switch Mode to Coverflow
4. Browse through the movie list
5. MediaPortal freezes and has to be closed via Taskmanager

The same happens with the Skin StreamedMP in filmstrip mode.
In 1.2.0 Alpha I had no problem at all.

Here's another error.log, tho it seems quite hard to fix this if noone else but me got this problem and it can't be reproduced. Too bad..

have you tried updating graphics card drivers? I don't think this is related to thread above as you are getting System.AccessViolationException errors in Font Engine.

I haven't yet.. I'll try this next. Maybe today in the evening... this is really strange as it seems I'm the only who got this problem. As I said before.. with 1.2.0 Alpha no problems at all on the same laptop, same drivers etc..

Good news!
I updated nvidia drivers to the latest version and no problems, crashes or error.logs anymore. =)
I think you can consider this as solved!

I updated the ATI graphics driver and since then my HTPC crashes (I can only switch it off and on again) frequently when using coverflow. I have no logs due to the complete crash. I will test the other views now and maybe wait for the next driver version.

Maybe you could just look for the error.log?! What ATI Driver Version?

It's driver version 8.850.0.0. I have no logs because the pc completely freezes. I think there is no time for writing a log entry
Now I use ListView and have no problems. I'll try it again when a new driver version is available.
