I know this means more code for you, but as a software developer myself, I understand the importance of logging in the debugging process. I wonder if the CT TV LIstings SOAP service was spitting back something about my account being invalid... If you'd like to debug, I don't mind providing you with my original CT TV Listings account - the one which is causing problems. Maybe you could debug with it and see what's happening.
